In case the settlement arrived at between the employer and his workers otherwise than in the course of conciliation proceeding, the copy of the memorandum shall be sent to the Labour Commissioner.

सुलह की कार्यवाही के अन्यथा, नियोजक और उसके कामगारों के मध्य हुए समझौते के मामले में, ज्ञापन की प्रति श्रमायुक्त, छत्तीसगढ़ को भेजी जाएगी।
